Европада Хавфсизлик ва ҳамкорлик ташкилоти Варшавада ўтказаётган “Одам савдосига қарши курашнинг ҳуқуқий асослари” мавзуидаги семинарда қатнашаётган Ботировнинг фикрича, Қирғизистонлик ўзбеклар аҳволи билан боғлиқ муаммога Европада Хавфсизлик ва ҳамкорлик ташкилоти, Европа Иттифоқи ва БМТнинг мутасадди идоралари аралашишлари лозим.

Мухбиримиз 2010 йил июн воқеаларини уюштиришда айбдор топилиб, Қирғизистон суди томонидан сиртдан умрбод қамоқ жазосига махкум этилган Ботиров билан боғланиб, уни халқаро жамоатчиликка мурожаат қилишга мажбур қилган омиллар тўғрисида сўради.

Туркистон: Ботировни тингладик, асли тингламасдан хам, буларни гапиришларига шароитлар яратиб бераётган ғарбнинг мақсадларини англаб олиш қийин эмас.

Улар, Қирғизистондаги манфаатларини химоя ҳилиш учун, Ўзларининг энг кучли қуроллари бўлмиш, инсон хуқуқларини химоя қилиш асосида иш олиб борадиган ташкилотларни Қиргизистонга сафарбар қиладилар.

Мақсадлари эса, охирги пайтларда АҚШ ва Россия манфаатлари жиддий тўқнаш келиб бораётган Ўрта Осиёдаги таъсир қувватларини мустахкамлашга қаратилган.

Қиргизистон шу йўналишдаги харакатлар учун жуда қулай бўлганидан, шу минтақада иш бошлаш қулай ва тез жадаллашиб бормоқда.

Бу Атамбаев бошчилигидаги хукуматга нисбатан сиёсий босим ясашга қаратилган бўлиб, барча йўналишлар бўйлаб уларга қарши компроматлар йиғишга киришмоқдалар.

Миллатчилик масаласи Қиргизистоннинг хали хам энг заиф нуқталаридан бири бўлиб қолмоқда. Негаки тергов ишларининг барчаси бир ёқлама олиб борилгани, яъни хукуматни шу ишларга аралашган сохалари очилмаганлиги ва шуни эвазига, қиргиз миллатчилари устиларидан хам деярли иш очилмаганлиги, бошқача айтганда “ёпиқлик қозон ёпиқлигича қолсин” йўсинида иш олиб борилгани, ғарб учун сиёсий босимлар ясашда жуда қўл келиши аниқ.
